Our Chef will guide you during the cooking class, explaining the recipes step by step and showing you the traditional techniques to make them with your own hands.
The chef will also reveal to you secrets and anecdotes about these recipes, handed down over generations of Italian grandmothers, to introduce you to the authentic food and wine culture of the Bel Paese.
At the end of the cooking class you’ll enjoy first courses, topped with the best sauces of the Roman tradition and the tiramisu, seated in our cozy restaurant.
The pasta, ravioli and tiramisu class includes:
- Welcome aperitif: spritz/prosecco and homemade chips with cheese and pepper
- Italian cooking class with our Chef
